- On our in-house computer systems

- Secure ‘cloud based’ storage systems such as iCloud and Microsoft One Drive
- As stated above data is also held by Tradify and Xero on their secure systems

Alpha Air Conditioning Ltd takes the following security measures:
- Computers are encrypted and then secured with a unique user only password of more than 15 characters. Each password is individual to that device.
- Mobile telephones are encrypted and then secured with a unique user only 6 to 8-digit password
- Up to date internet security and malware software is installed on all computers and mobile devices
- Passwords are changed frequently, and passwords are not written down.
