From initial contact to project completion

From your initial contact we will arrange a convenient time to meet and discuss your requirements, and after gathering the information needed, we will provide you with a free of charge, written, fixed price quotation with no hidden extras. We are not tied to a single manufacturer and can supply equipment from a range of world leading brands. We provide design, installation, repair and maintenance services throughout the Bailiwick of Guernsey. New installation work is covered by a minimum manufacturer’s 3-year warranty with 5-year warranties available subject to certain maintenance conditions.

Service and maintenance

Our commitment to our customers does not stop when we have commissioned your new system. Our promise to you is to provide a 24hour, year-round, emergency breakdown service.

Have you noticed patches of dirt and dust on your ventilation grilles, or on your air conditioning unit fan scrolls and covers? Are there musty or bad odours emanating from the air conditioning? If so, perhaps it time for you to seek out a new maintenance provider.

We take pride in our maintenance services. Alpha Air Conditioning Ltd will take the extra time to strip down your air conditioning units and will do more than just clean the filters or spray the heat exchanger. On split systems our engineers will clean the fan scroll and air duct to remove all signs of dust or mould build up. The heat exchanger will be sprayed with anti-bacterial treatment. Each fan coil drain will be flushed to ensure it is free flowing. Condensate removal pumps will be cleaned and tested. Casings will be removed, vacuum cleaned and wiped over with anti-bacterial disposable cloths. A full performance and function test will be carried out. If needed the outdoor heat exchanger will be cleaned. A refrigerant leak test will be undertaken. Where we recommend to you that remedial work is required, a fixed price quotation can be provided.
